Returns Policy

Policy

  • Returns are offered for a period of 30 days from the order date
  • No returns accepted on opened products
  • No returns accepted for Helmets, Apparel, or Riding Gear
  • No returns are accepted for items that are consumable, such as lubricants, cleaning supplies, fluids, filters, or adhesives.
  • Returned items that are damaged or incomplete will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee or may even be rejected.
  • All returns must be pre-approved and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • In all cases, the primary warranty policy is the one that the manufacturer gives. We will support you with the warranty policy that comes from the manufacturer. We do not guarantee any item that falls outside the policy that the manufacturer has established.
  • You are responsible for paying the carrier directly for any return shipping costs.
  • Returns may be refunded by either:
    In-Store Credit (Full Credit, No Restocking Fee)
    or
    Credit Card (25% Restocking Fee)
  • Returns are generally processed within 1-3 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.
